Malawi: The warm heart of Africa!
Zomba
From Malawi360
Zomba is a small town in Malawi about 1 hour from Blantyre. It is the former capital of Malawi until Hastings Kamuzu Banda moved the capital to Lilongwe in 1975. It is situated at the base of Zomba Plateau. The town itself has little for tourists but the people are welcoming, and there is a large market in the centre.
